Bitmap Brothers

Bitmap Brothers is a United Kingdom based video game developer. It was founded in 1987 and entered the video game industry in 1988 with the scrolling shooter Xenon (computer game) . They quickly followed with the classic Speedball (game) . Bitmap Brothers released several games on the Amiga and was one of the most successful companies on that platform. Their Personal computer games have never matched the sales of their previous Amiga titles.

Bitmap Brothers is based in Wapping, East London, England and is Private company. Its current Chief executive officer is Mike Montgomery.

Before becoming publisher of its own games, early Bitmap Brothers titles were Distribution (business) by Image Works and Konami.
