CHILL

In Computing, CHILL, (an acronym for ITU-T High Level Language), is a procedural language programming language mainly used for telecommunications applications.

There exists a CHILL compiler provided by ITU-T (which is responsible for the CHILL standard in the Z.200 series recommendations); a free CHILL compiler was bundled with gcc up to version 2.95, but was removed.

The language (or its variants) is still used for legacy systems in some telecommunication companies.

There is also an object-oriented version, called Object CHILL.
