Cable One is a United States cable service provider and subsidiary of The Washington Post Company.

Cable One provides cable service mostly to small rural communities in nineteen states in the midwestern, southern, and western US. As of July 2004, about 720,000 subscribers receive basic service and about 300,000 receive premium programming. The company offers digital cable and its broadband Internet unit, known as CableONE.net, has over 200,000 subscribers.

Cable One has swapped its California cable systems and customers with operations in Oregon and Utah belonging to the main US cable operator Comcast.
