I applaud your correcting occassionally to occasionally , but please put an sp or spelling in the edit summary field. I (and perhaps others) have been looking for edits with no summary, since that is most often how vandals operate. Thus I stumbled over a number of edits you made. 17:40, 2004 Nov 14 (UTC)
Clearly you solved the sub-category problem. Thanks for all your work reclassifying the banks.

Thanks for adding the categorization to the bank pages I have created. How does one create sub-categories, such as Central banks , or Defunct banks That is, what is the syntax The wikipedia:categorization page is philosophical rather than practical.

Just a heads-up regarding the additions you made to the list; you removed your own addition of the ghost link for Paul Dean (thanks) but I had to delete Dixie Dean (wrong sport; not Dizzy ) and Preacher Roe. Roe s article was just the copyvio notice remaining after the article was removed, so if you add any more, try to verify the articles before you add them. 04:44, Jul 24, 2004 (UTC)

= True or false =
True or false: Wikipedia will likely be perfect sometime between now and 2010. (A perfect Wikipedia would contain all articles that have previously been requested with no vandalism. I remove articles from the requests section when they become live links; in contrast, you add more links.) 00:15, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
In case you should check back here: 1. I generally remove live links, however in this case restored one that had a copyvio notice and needs to have the article replaced. 2. I generally add new links to articles that need to be written, and the Waltrip article needs to be rewritten because of the copyvio issues. Yeesh. -- 00:25, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
=Schnauzer entry on list of dog breeds=
I put back the schnauzer entry because we re attempting to accumulate a reasonable breed list based on what people will look under. Since most kennel clubs call the standard-sized dog simply Schnauzer , it s not unreasonable that they ll look under that name in the list. This follows the same model we used for, for example, Collie, Cur, Foxhound, and Fox Terrier on the same page. If you haven t already, you might also check out the 03:50, 11 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Last summer I somehow took over the List of rivers in Tennessee project by default, as someone started it and then seemingly abandonned it. It s been one of my two main Wikipedia things , the other being the List of governors of Tennessee . I really appreciate your fixing my lame spelling of Boundary . I guess I ve been influence by the popular Nashville watering hole The Bound ry Any way, thanks again.

Please check out the Georgetown University discussion page - I ve decided to remove the treaty of versailles comment. Let me know what you think.

Please check the comments I made on the Georgetown page. As you ll see, I pretty much agreed with your revisions, EXCEPT for the SWQ issue. Sorry to be so adamant about this, but, regardless of what that Hoya article says, that facility is a 1000+ bed facility. I lived there last year and I was a class rep so I was often meeting with various members of facilities, administration, etc., regarding the issue. First-hand experience trumps in this case.

= Article Licensing =
Hi, I ve started the all of their contributions that they ve made to... #...all U.S. state, county, and city articles... #...all articles... using the most active Wikipedians, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles.
:Nutshell: Wikipedia articles can be shared with any other GFDL project but open/free projects using the incompatible Creative Commons Licenses (e.g. WikiTravel) can t use our stuff and we can t use theirs. It is important to us that other free projects can use our stuff. So we use their licenses too.
To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the template (or for . The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:

Thank you for your changes on the article. However, I would like to mention that the edit summary you provided, namely Z , is not terribly helpful. :) Probably something like:

= expos/nationals debate =
There is a major debate going on, and I wondered if you might want to chime in. The debate involves how to deal with franchise moves in baseball. The question is whether Montréal Expos should be its own article or if it should redirect to Washington Nationals. All other instances of franchise moves in MLB redirect the old team name to the new team name, and the history of the franchise is covered within the new team name (for MLB, NBA and NFL examples, [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Votes_for_deletion/Montr%E9al_Expos see here]. Some people are confused and think the Expos and the Nats are different teams. Some people don t want to upset Canadian readers.
Indeed, the Washington Nationals are not a new team - the Montreal Expos franchise has moved to Washington, and the old franchise name should redirect to the new franchise name, just like the 20+ instances of this occuring in Wikipedia. For example, Brooklyn Dodger history resides in the Los Angeles Dodgers article. New York Giants history, including the Shot Heard Round the World, resides in the San Francisco Giants article.
If you have the time, maybe you could chime in on the conversation there, 23:19, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)
