The Edinburgh Evening News is a local newspaper based in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is published daily (except on Sundays). It has a circulation of 68,000 (2005 figures) and is owned by the David and Frederick Barclay Press Holdings group, which also owns The Scotsman .
