FlexiBlog is a flexible, module-based, Blogging system. Right out of the box, it is quite basic, showing only the most recent post. Adding a simple module, such as the NavBar module, will add easy navigation icons to either side of the page, allowing the view to go back and forth between different posts. It is coded in PHP, and supports XML-RPC pinging as of version 0.2.

It is not a Content management system. But due to its module archetechture, it would be quite easy to make it into one.
