Hot Death Uno

Hot Death Uno is a politically incorrect, unauthorized variant of the card game Uno that features 27 additional cards. It was created by Byron Hoffman, John Howard, Chris Kulander, and Matt Murray, and later implemented in Visual Basic as a game for Microsoft Windows. The game is also avilable for the Pocket PC platform as freeware, and there is an ongoing SourceForge project called Eat Hot Death whose goal is to rewrite the game in the Java programming language.

WARNING: Some of the cards (the non-family-friendly type) and the software itself contain foul language.
