INEX - Internet Neutral EXchange is an Internet exchange in the Republic of Ireland, located at Clondalkin, Dublin.

INEX was created 1997 with the help of HEAnet and allows the interchange of Internet data between Irish based Internet Service Provider, rather than using an external exchange.

The system is a modern Internet network utilising the IPv6 protocol, other members include Cable and Wireless, Eircom, Esat BT and NTL; a connection is provided to LINX for external exchange through London.
