Jedi Linux |
Jedi GNU/Linux is a minimalistic List of Linux distributions of GNU/Linux. Its aim is to be a stable platform for the force-get package manager, which allows for the coexistence of Source code and Executable Software packages and cross-dependencies between the two. Jedi Linux uses only mainstream, pristine development sources, without any vendor Software patch applied to help minimalize the chances of incompatibility between seemingly unrelated packages.
The current Software release is 0.1 which is only a Chroot-able environment, instead of a fully installed operating system. Though it is possible to Booting 0.1 with some work, the release of Jedi Linux 0.2, which is a complete overhaul of the distribution, should fix this.
