Kadokawa Shoten

Kadokawa Shoten Publishing Co., Ltd. () is a well-known Japanese publisher, based in Tokyo.

It has published many manga titles as well as the respected anime magazine Newtype (magazine). In recent years, it has expanded into the Multimedia sector (namely video games) and now owns the Daiei Motion Picture Company which may or may not have been connected with the Daiei.
