Milk and Cereal is an internet meme originated by a group known as VT s Finest. The original video features two Virginia Tech students Lip sync to the song Milk and Cereal by the band G. Love & Special Sauce. Both students use spoons in place of microphones and utilize a box of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios and a gallon jug of milk as props.

The original animation spawned several recreations, including one by two students from the University of California and one featuring a puppet of Yoda.
