NetSurf is an open source web browser for RISC OS. It aims to be a HTML4 and Cascading Style Sheets compliant browser, and was conceived by James Shaw (alias Hertzsprung) on [http://www.iconbar.com/forums/viewthread.phpthreadid=374#3944 this thread] in [http://www.iconbar.com/forum/ The Icon Bar Forums] in early 2002.

There have been no official releases of NetSurf, although test builds are available publicly to download everytime a change is made to the source code in Concurrent Versions System.
