Pixia

Pixia is a freeware bitmap graphics editor program for Microsoft Windows. It was originally designed for the anime/manga community but it is useful for any kind of art. Besides the primary Japanese language interface, it is also available in English language, French language, Italian language, Spanish language and German language.
