PlusNet is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based in Sheffield in the UK. They also trade as Force9 and Free-online.
=History=
The company was established in 1997. They won the Future UK Internet Awards for best consumer ISP and best customer service in 2004. They were floated on the AIM in 2004, making them a PLC.

PlusNet currently provide Broadband and dial-up Internet solutions to residential and business customers.
==Residential packages==
#Broadband PAYG - Pay As You Go broadband package in which customers pay a base fee of £14.99 per month for a 2 Mbit/s connection and 1Gigabyte of bandwidth, and then £1.25 for every GB thereafter, or £1 per GB to have it included in the monthly fee. #Broadband Plus - the newest residential package, which offers a 2 Mbit/s connection at £14.99 a month, there is less priority on bandwidth-consuming activities at peak times (like peer-to-peer file sharing) and less extra features. #Broadband Premier - 2 Mbit/s connection at £21.99 per month, suitable for home networking, a sustainable user policy is in place which may be changed without notice and applied retrospectively. #Dial-Up PAYG - standard dial-up connection. #Dial-Up Anytime - a range of monthly packages for a dial-up connection.
PAYG and Premier packages also include 250 MB of web space, Common Gateway Interface shell access, PHP support, a MySQL Database and Webalizer website statistics.
