Polaris Software, is a software company founded in 1991 that has grown out of its servcing relationships with Citibank to grow to a 150 M USD size in 2005. A significant event for the company was when it acquired Citibanks technology arm in India, Orbitech for a 46% share of the new entity.

The company now has development centers in Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida and Mumbai.
