The Portland Tribune is a free newspaper published twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Portland, Oregon. It was founded by media magnate Robert Pamplin to be a competitor and counterpoint to the Oregonian , the city s only daily newspaper, as well as a moderate-conservative counterpoint to liberal alternative weeklies Willamette Week and the The Portland Mercury .

The paper deals almost exclusively with issues local to Portland and the state of Oregon. It features continuing columns by Phil Sanford and Dwight Jaynes.
