Promisance

Promisance is the name for an open source MMOG codebase that is very popular and has hundreds of derivatives. It is written in PHP and uses MySQL for database operations. This codebase drives ~170 online MMOGs. Of the derivatives, there is a diverse culture within these games. Each has their own playing style, effects, and playing community.
