Splash Damage was formed in June 2001 by the creators of high profile free . Enemy Territory has won many awards and remains one of the most popular online first-person shooter titles.

Splash Damage also created content for Doom 3s multiplayer mode and are now working on a Doom 3 engine follow-up to Enemy Territory based on the Quake series.
