Sumo Digital Ltd. is a UK based software development company which was established in 2002.

The company was formed by Carl Cavers, Paul Porter, Darren Mills and James North-Hearn, who were the management team at Infogrames Sheffield House. The Infogrames Sheffield Studio itself was originally Gremlin Interactive (prior to Infogrames buying the company from Ian Stewart).

Most of the current employees are ex-Gremlin/Infogrames Sheffield House veterans, though they have also been joined by a number of ex-Argonaut Sheffield staff (which itself was previously Particle Systems).

To date Sumo Digital has worked on a number of announced projects: *England International Football (Xbox)- Xbox Live Multiplayer (Published by Codemasters) *Broken Sword 3 (Xbox / PS2)- Consultancy on Console versions (Published by THQ) *OutRun 2 (Xbox) - Conversion from Arcade version (Published by Sega / Microsoft) *TOCA / DTM / V8 Race Driver 2 (PSP) - Conversion from PS2 (Published by Codemasters) *Virtua Tennis (PSP) - Currently in development *Trixter Currently in development
