Tkabber is an open source client for the Jabber/Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol instant messaging protocol. It is written in Tcl/Tk, and runs on a range of platforms, including Linux, Berkeley Software Distribution, Solaris Operating Environment and Microsoft Windows. Alexey Shchepin started the project in 2002 and still remains the maintainer of it.
