What The Hack was an outdoor computer hacker conference held in Liempde, The Netherlands between the 28th and 31st of July 2005. It was the most recent event in the sequence that began with the [http://www.xs4all.nl/~rop/oldstuff/ghp.txt Galactic Hacker Party] in 1989, followed by [http://gopher.well.com:70/0/hacking/hack-tic/galac.hac Hacking at the End of the Universe] (1993), [http://www.hip97.nl/ Hacking In Progress] (1997) and [http://www.hal2001.org/ Hackers At Large] (2001).
