Ogg123

In Computing, ogg123 is a command line audio player (software) for Unix and Unix-like operating systems (including Linux and NetBSD) that plays Ogg Vorbis, Ogg Speex and FLAC compressed audio streams.

ogg123 is part of the vorbis-tools package.
